Rayleigh told luffy that he needs to learn how to use that haki before using it ever again, otherwise he would also unintentionall hit innocent ppl. So now luffy knows how to use it, he only knocks out the enemy. I remember this when rayleigh knocked out that elephant

Just for hype purposes. In a sbs Oda mentions that if Shanks was at fishman island his haki would have knocked out all 100,000. Shanks gotta have the strongest haki if he running with no devil fruit.
