I wonder how Amenz would react to Oda saying that and I quote "If Akainu was a pirate he would fine the One Piece in 1 year's time". And that's no all either, he also said and I quote " Akainu has the STRONGEST OFFENSIVE DEVIL FRUIT IN THE VERSE". Now I personally think that title should go to Whitebeard, but who am I to argue with the creator. 😏

I remember feeling the same about arcs being done all in the same way around this point in time. This gets better over time from here but you have to remember that we're kinda in One Piece 2.0 now since the timeskip so we're slowly getting pieces of a puzzle kinda like how we did before the time skip that lead into the Marineford arc. So you should expect some more formulaic mystery building type stuff for a bit. It does break away from this over time tho

I'm sure there are people that are alittle to serious about people watching experience with the show, but at the same time that's the one piece Fandom for you. Also when you put content on a platform with a huge fan base you can expect they're going to have some words for you if you're misinterpreting and mischaracterizing (In there eyes)one of their favorite things. You take the good with the bad say what you need to keep pushing, because it's up to the person to stop watching you guys if they don't like your content. Which let me say for no disrespect it's just a reaction they could be spending your time doing something way more productive then watching somebody else's reaction to something.

Akainu was a Admiral still when he went after Blackbeard, so the fight happened after that. The fight was to determine who would become Fleet Admiral. So they would have said Fleet Admiral Admiral in that part instead of Admiral Akainu.

Akainu was not a vice admiral when he scared off Blackbeard and his crew. He was a full fledged admiral,with Aokiji and Kizaru.

The battle between Aokiji and Akainu was to see who would be the new Fleet Admiral. When Blackbeard was on the fire island, his crew alerted him that Admiral Akainu was coming after them. He was still just an Admiral at that time, which means that he hadn't fought Aokiji yet otherwise he would have been Fleet Admiral Akainu, and this was major world news so there's no way they wouldn't have known this if it had already happened.

These two beasts changed the damn weather on an island just by fighting lol. I know amenz hate I akainu but damn that asshole is a beast. This arc and the next one is one of the worst pacing wise specially when I watched it weekly (haven't experienced it in a binge watch yet). I wouldn't mind if you switch to one pace if you can't handle the pacing.

Blackbeard and crew dipped as soon as Akainu's ship was in view so yeah lol. The government promised them a ship and the moment they saw it dude was on it, making a statement. They want no interaction with homie, they didn't even wanna talk with him lol.

The flame island was already an island. The new world has many insane island like that thunder storm island. Punk Hazard is a different island that they fought on. The fight happened after marineford and after everyone in the new world. Akiainu when he saw black beard wasn't in charge yet.

don't think it was that island unless it was after the fight because the island wasn't in flame before the fight and akainu was send by the marines there to trade with blackbeard and the were scare and ran away.
