i agree wit u but for me personally if my lifelong mission is to kill these bandits i would be in denial hell i might even try to go after the zoldycks for taking that opportunity from me lol Also there wasnt 12 bodies was there? cuz if not then he could still get his revenge on whos alive (if he didnt see them when they were standing aside while uvogin solo the mafia i think hisoka gave him that info right?)

Plus kurapika wasnt with gon and killua when we learnt about certain objects having some aura if it was made by some genius. Adding to the fact that the guys who supposively killed the phantom tourpe was the zoldycks who are the top dog killers who makes sure that they get the job done. There was no reason for kurapika to doubt the dead bodies.
