2021-04-11 10:03:04 +0000 UTCHonestly anyone above 100,000,000 Berries should be decently strong. 300,000,000 Berries should at least give us trouble. Really shows that bounty isn't a perfect indicator of strength. Caribou was at 210,000,000 Berries, and a Logia, but was easily mopped. What makes Ceaser more deadly is he is a Scientist, with the Gas Fruit, so any scientific research he does basically improves his combat capability.

2021-04-10 22:04:30 +0000 UTCaymenz saying he didn't expect Luffy to take an L to caesar clown is weird since Luffy takes multiple Ls to the main villain of an arc everytime. in water 7 he first got one shotted by Lucci, and in alabasta luffy got mopped by crocodile twice 2 separate times for 2 L's before finally beating crocodile in their last fight. luffy just always wins in the end
