One Piece: Episode 600 [RAW]

Well for me I don’t miss a lot of stuff and I’m zoned in whenever I watch anything, so binging it wasn’t an issue for me. I think I would’ve blown my brains out if I slowed down instead of binging it lol. I caught up in whole cake and was just infuriated at having to wait to watch episodes. Even in Wano, as good as it is, I find it really hard to be invested if I’m not able to binge watch it. But I read the manga now anyway so.

Love you guys so don’t think I’m hating—but just to break down how to do the math easy: 970 episodes multiplied by 20 minutes, divided by 60 will give you total number of hours to watch one piece, divide again by 24 for total number of days. [(970x20) /60] /24 = 12.8 days with no sleep or breaks lol i think it would be torture after 10 hours a day of one piece, so watching it all in a month is still INSANE

Damn I feel bad for you bro that early in too that’s crazy I was only 7-8 yrs old haha I remember watching Onepiece and it would restart during the Chopper arc most of the time for 2 years in like 2005-2006 and back then I never understood why the hell my tv kids show would keep restarting it but I’d always rewatch it anyway 😂 and it’s cuz there weren’t enough eps out I guess then, then in 2012 I refound Onepiece at the perfect time too MARINEFORD and eventually was week by week in 2014

Started watching One Piece on April 8, 2018. Ep: 1 Caught up to One Piece on August 12, 2018 Ep: 849 849 eps in 127 days or roughly 6.5 episodes per day.

I was up to date in 2009 around Sabaody Arc and had to wait every week^^ It's not about the goal, it's about the adventure of watching this series. Don't rush into things or don't get pressured by people wanting you to get up to date. While I do appreciate faster reactions from you guys, I don't want it to feel forced or anything. Hopefully, you enjoy the ride. It sometimes feels like you guys mentioning more negative comments than positive comments regarding One Piece

900 episodes with 20 minutes equals 300 one-hour-long-episodes. 300 hours is around like 13 days, with quick math.

More realistically you should have minused at least 8hrs for sleep and 2hrs for eating, so that would be 14hrs a day. Its still able to be finished in 1 month.

Watched one piece back when there was around 720 episodes which took me about 3 months to finish. At that time I thought I had no life or too much time on my hands to watch that many in that amount of time but if some people had 600 eps or more to watch and finished it in a month, goddamn, they really might be anime crackheads lol

I started One Piece during quarantine as well (it made a year a few days ago) and I haven’t caught up yet because I really don’t want to. I stayed 2 months without watching at marineford and binged until dressrosa and now I’m just watching when I feel like it. I’ve started to read the manga as well on a slow pace and got to baratie in 1 week and half because of the pacing. We still have around 5 years for OP to finish according to Oda. Whether that is true or not, we’ll see in the future but until then, keeping a steady pace is the best way to watch.

I've been up to date on One Piece for a while now, but one summer when the newest episode was where you are now, I binged hard and watched through 600 episodes in like two months. Episodes when you're really cutting out intros and recaps are about 18 minutes or less. 20 episodes takes you about 6 hours. So to watch 600 episodes like I did, at that rate would take you 30 days. 900 episodes would take 45 days. Or alternatively if a person watch 9 hours of episodes a day that would be 30 episodes a day which would be 900 episodes in 30 days. Also you can cut out any fillers too and that shortens the time needed even further, not to mention skipping through any flashbacks because everything is so fresh in your mind. When I did this I watched them on Funimation and would open like 5 tabs at once for the next five episodes I'd watch to let all the ads play simultaneously and then pause them all at the right spot, then watch them all back to back with no ads. Rinse, repeat.

Binge watching OP depends on the arcs. I watch arcs like Marineford, Enies Lobby and Arlong really fast because I was hooked. Skypiea and parts of Alabasta dragged a bit and I was watching like 1 episode a day of those ones

Bruh its like this. 31 days. 744 hours. 20 minutes per episode. 3 episode an hour. In reality, you aren't staying up for 24 hours non stop, so its more like 12 hours max. 12 x 3 is 36 episodes a day. 36 episodes x 31 days = 1,116 episodes for one month. So it is possible, but unrealistic. I did this before you guys figured it out. lol I need to watch first from now on haha

I was a dbz fan and don't really mess with other shounen(even the big ones). I usually just stick with seinen or more story driven stuff. I had a bad impression of OP because I saw it on 4Kids first. Then, Marineford happened, and the hype made me curious. So I started at impel down for context. I found Luffy's struggle and Whitebeard's story so amazing I binged the anime from the start after that. Now I'm caught up and reading manga chapters as they come out. It's a big time investment, but my God, is it ever worth it.

you should multiply the number by 3 instead of dividing by 20 because it's 31 days 24 hours for each day and because your estimate for the average one piece episode is 20 min which is on the high end that's 3 episodes for every hour so if you binged one piece non stop for a month you could watch 31*24*3 which is 2232 episodes so it is possible but if you reverse the calculation to see how many hours it would take to finish one piece it would be the current number divide by 3 which is 322 hours or 13.5 days to catch up to where we are now but that's a different level of dedication also in a day the max possible number of episodes is 72

Yea if you have other shows and stuff to do then it does take longer. I caught up from skypiea to Fishmanisland in like I wanna say 2ish months. I'd see 10 episodes a night after my college classes.

**I'm not one of the ones that complain that your reactins are taking longer than most think it should** Back in my 5th grade, which was when I started to watch it I think, everyday when I go home at 3:30 I would watch it the whole time until I slept around like 12 pretty much non stop. Then when weekends came, I'd watch it all day from waking up til I slept again. I can say I caught up in less than a month, but I caught up when this arc finished. So Its for sure possible with no responsibilities and life😂😂 just my personal experience as a kid. Also I'd like to know what made you (viewers) get into one piece. I found it from the DBZ×toriko×one piece special (tried toriko and wasn't a fan) . I was a big dbz fan! I'm 21 now and still keep up with it today and I like to relive my childhood with the OP reactions.

Binging One Piece isn't as fun as taking it slow in my opinion. I binged it the first time and I missed so much stuff, because I was just trying to hit the big plot points one after another. But rewatching it at a slower pace, there are so many details to catch and think about. Overall it's a better experience
