he can use judgment chain on anyone that was explained a few episodes ago. he had to change the rule for that finger because he himself is not part of the troupe and has a condition on his heart.

2021-04-23 05:23:09 +0000 UTCWithout nen even if someone is extremely cold with hand to hand combat they would not be able to pierce the defense of someone using nen or block an attack from a nen user. Essentially without nen Chrollo is naked, no armor
