Zoro destroying Monet in the way he did, really was the best and most frightening thing to see this episode... Honestly though, Tashigi is more likely to put Zoro in prison than she is to marry him. She and Smoker have been very consistent in how they treat Straw Hats as if they were the same as every pirates out there, despite knowing them better than any Marines out there (except for Coby and Garp, of course)

It's probably because she's a woman. We saw Zoro's friend couldn't become the sword person she wanted to because she was a girl. Tagashi probably feels like she has to prove herself 10x's more than men.

I love all the Zoro moments but I hate when Tashigi is involved with him. She always seems like she's so dumb and sexist around him (and other men with swords) and I hate that.

Zoro basically cut her normally, he showed he would use haki on her, but like Sanji said he isn't that savage. Monet was expecting to get sliced but the fake out messed up her concentration. Logias bodys do become their elements but they need to have a clear head and always focus. They have dropped hints about that in the Ace vs Black Beard, and will sorta mention it in the next film you guys will see.
