One Piece: Episode 630 [RAW]

i love all of the foreshadowing Oda does for future arcs

Dressrosa is one of my top 5 arcs in all of one piece. It's bit messy, but it's such a good microcosm for the series as a whole, and the story it tells is fantastic and emotional. Imagine my disappointment when Toei turned this arc into filler padding paradise. Like, people have actually counted how much of this arc is filler, minute by minute. 54%. Over half of this arc is padding and filler. I still love this arc, but damn Toei you really know how to milk a series in the worst way.

I’ve known for a while that he foreshadows from a decent distance back but now seeing as what we’ve seen in the story up to the latest chapter I’m convinced Oda reached a point where he had all his semi-major plot points fully cemented and now is playing catch up to write them all into story(besides just enjoying writing adventure stories with the straw hats). Pretty much similar to how it seems like isayama hajime wrote his story of attack on Titan
