Anime Only Filler moments this episode: (Using Crunchyroll for time) 3:28-6:14 - One Piece Recaps are ridic 6:31-6:55 - This entire part is just nonexistent (save the ball stopping) 7:03-7:17 - Just drawing the scene out 7:22-7:28 - Blind man doesn't speak here, the masked dude just goes to telling him the result 7:30-7:35 - Just padding with background characters reacting 7:41-7:53 - I don't really know what Toei was going for here? Raising tension? The music's too goofy for that. Just weird padding 8:03-8:11 + 8:18-8:20 - Random nobody reactions 8:52-10:30 - I'm being generous here. The fight leading up the thugs defeat doesn't happen. The scene where they're blown underground is also drawn out, but it's also cool af. 10:53 if you want to count it as filler. 14:53 - 14:56 - Zoro doesn't argue back here 15:52 - 15:59 - No one is shown landing from the windows. 16:02 - 17:42 - This entire scene is anime original 17:47 - 18:02 + 18:13 - 18:17 + 19:05 - 19:11 + 19:30 - 19:39 + 20:03 - 20:11 - There's a lot of just padding in this conversation 20:36 - 20:48 - I'm fairly certain this part doesn't happen. I'll double check that later. 21:30 - 21:32 - More rando reactions 21:41 - 21:56 - No flashback happens 22:13 - 22:15 + 22:29 - 22:34 Rando reactions are the biggest crime in the OP anime, ngl The total padded time this episode is : 8:44 out of 20:40 (if you don't count the opening) A lot of the filler is only for seconds at a time, but it's very frequent. This makes it add up really fast.
