One of my favourite parts of DBZ was Picolo being in a rush and Kami observing some shit that was crazier than the Androids. Good times man

It could be to an older sibling or parent. The recipient usually just acknowledges it instead of making the child upset. As they grow up they'll either forget they said it or understand what marriage really means.
