Just realized Sabo broke that dude's Shark Cleaver in the same way Luffy broke Arlong's Shark Sword or whatever it was called. Idk if intentional but kinda cool

2021-08-19 07:14:36 +0000 UTCI think the linking scene where we’d see sabo and fujitora first interact for this whole fight was in the first few minutes of the ep that you skipped, sometimes the anime puts important scenes before the title screen, it even did it in one of the newer episodes that came out this year which had a really watch worthy scene in it

Instead of showing it from the Navy's perspective like you'd expect, they showed it from Doflamingo's people's perspective with them noticing the Navy wasn't there stopping any of the pirates, and then it cuts to showing why the Navy was held up.
