Kanjuro's design is based off of Japanese Kabuki dolls! If Dressrosa had today's seasonal anime 2-4 chapter a episode pacing. It'd only be 35 - 40 episodes. Some episodes of Dressrosa adapt only half a chapter with the rest being padding and filler

If I remember Bleach has a pretty great OST so having the music loud would probably really get you into it. Even if you're watching new episodes of One Piece here you're also pretty familiar with the OST already so it might not motivate you as much, plus add to that what Amenz said about you already kinda knowing what to expect.

The pacing will only get worse. Dread it, run from it. It will arrive all the same. Glad you're still enjoying it tho! Hopefully after Wano the anime will take a break to let the manga breathe. In the meantime they can keep the same animation team and redo all of the post-skip that they fucked up.

Everyone just let them enjoy Dressrosa! If y’all keep saying pacing this pacing that, it’ll diminish their enjoyment. Yes they’ve noticed it, but the magic is coming. I feel like 680-690 was when it was really noticeable
