I don't know why no one has said this but Oda and his editors themselves have said not to consider the Reverie as an arc so the overall rating is irrelevent regardless

Ya'll spoke about the flashbacks as a negative when they weren't there in the 1st place in the canon. Its literally why people said to watch One Pace so you can get the content exactly as it was in the manga. If you didn't care about the actual content thats cool but to bring up flashbacks that weren't there in the first place doesn't make any sense as its exactly why people said to just watch One pace for the actual story content.

Being a manga reader, it is very dissapointing to see the amount of unnecessary flashbacks that they added, some of them were good for context, but if this was taking a normal pacing of some chapters of the mange per episode, the amount of hits you would get per episode would've probably impacted way more.

After rewatching this episode it really puts into perspective how corrupt the world government and navy really is. You don't pay the Celestial Dragons their tribute they ring ring the Fleet Admiral desk and refuse your whole nation protection of the law.
