Some points y'all talked about but i'm here to clear up: 1. Ace learned how to make hats here in Wano with Tama. He made a hat for Oars Jr. who we met during the summit war. We saw Oars wearing the hat and was happy to get away from the sun and to stay dry. Ace stated he learned how to make it in Wano. 2. When Kaido fell from the sky, the worst Generation members (most of them), were having a meeting to consider creating an alliance. Sorta like law and luffy did. At that point, Kaido fell from the Sky, so you can see how everything unfolded from that point.
