One Piece is the goat but I am so happy y'all are doing Black Clover. It touches a lot of the same points as OP, just condensed into shorter timeframes. IMO that means less emotional investment, but it's still great. And the historical metaphors SLAP. You'll know when y'all get there. It'll be a while haha
