2022-06-12 14:20:27 +0000 UTCI think you swapped your example, it should be "Kuruma no Sarah" just like "Hajime no Ippo" but also I've always thought of "no" as more like the "of" so that it works as "Car of Sarah" for your example, and then when you have something like "Ao no Exorcist" it becomes "Exorcist of Blue" aka "Blue Exorcist" rather than "Exorcist's Blue."

2022-06-12 06:27:22 +0000 UTCThe Japanese definition is "Ippos first step" as an addition "no" is the same as 's in japanese. So like if I said "That's Sarah's car" it would be "Sarah no Kuruma" (Kuruma means car)
