2022-06-19 00:33:18 +0000 UTCIce cold water for me and it does not give me a brain freeze. And when I say ice cold, I mean I fill 1L bottled water halfway through, and put it in the freezer overnight . Then I Fill up the rest of the iced bottle with water and I’m good to go.
