Not true, some people on the internet and YouTube were theorising that it was killer during when and shortly after the zoro vs Kamizo chapter came out, But it seemed like most people did not agree or even think about the possibility of him being killer.

Its impossible for killer to have powers from the fruit because the side effects only happens when it fails. Remember it said theres a 10% chance of it working and if it doesn't your left with the side effects
