I think it’s inconclusive for a reason. Oden "might" have been able to defeat Kaido but because of the old hag’s interference, we’ll never know. Kaido is looking for someone strong enough to defeat him and because she took that from him, he kills her.

2022-09-29 14:30:20 +0000 UTCI don’t think you’re correct on that one friend @DXXD, if you go back to the oden flashback kaido himself said that oden could’ve destroyed them during the 5 years oden was dancing, 100% the reason why oden lost completely was bc of the old woman for sure. You gotta think that during his 4 year voyage with both WB and Rodger he definitely learned a lot especially about haki and improved his swordplay tremendously. A lot of ppl keep comparing the kaido of 20 years in the future to oden back then (I’m not saying you do, I’m just generalizing what I’ve seen)
