Some people in the youtube comments said Wirbel is like 34 years old and Ehre is in her early 20s, so that wouldn't make sense, unfortunately. Also look at the hairstyles and colors of Sense and the girl.

I think you might have missed it, but Ehre smiled when Wirble talked about the girl from the village (around 19:22). Right after he mentioned not remembering her name or what she looks like, Ehre smiled and called him an idiot. Totally think Ehre is the girl.
