2025-01-30 06:04:16 +0000 UTCOh yeah. The wrecked ship in Metroid Prime 3 was the highlight of that game because it was you, alone, exploring an eerie area and plugging in batteries you found in other parts of the game in order to go deeper and deeper into it.

2025-01-30 05:31:10 +0000 UTC1. Flatter chested or ever so slightly chubby. 2. Samus is fine as a mostly silent protagonist. Giving her a voice in prime was ok. Dread was almost a step too far. 3. More suits. Fun story. Some remnant of Prime somewhere doing something. 4. Any chance of commission price changing...ever? I've thought about commissioning you for a while but I can't justify it man. I just need to see a character or two in your style!

2025-01-29 00:06:41 +0000 UTCAgreed on both counts 👁️ I think the folks at Nintendo are incredibly talented storytellers, but they’re not good at -cinematic- storytelling. I recall the opening segment of Metroid Prime 3 with the Federation and everything and it just felt so unserious compared to the likes of, say, Halo Nintendo needs to stick with what they’re good at and tell a story through gameplay and ambience rather than through cutscenes

2025-01-28 08:29:59 +0000 UTC1. You have a wide variety of body types so that department is mostly good, but honestly I think some petite/flat chested types could make an appearance? I know it’s sort of a dangerous game to play but the flat is justice crowd needs some representation 2. I liked Samus in Metroid other M. Yes she is always known for being the stoic and silent protagonist, but giving her some actual humanization by having her get emotional and showing her weak side was super refreshing, and I hope they explore it more 3. I just hope they don’t stray too far from what make the original trilogy so great. Innovation is a good thing, but gosh we don’t need a complete rehaul and completely change the gameplay of it. Just keep it similar to the previous 3 games and we’re golden 👌

Not only does it convey a feeling of "I've seen it all, don't waste my time," and make it feel tough, the lack of response allows you, the player, to feel emotion more freely. 3). I'd like to see Metroid Prime 4 have one big map like Metroid Prime 1, and I'd also like to see it be light on story- minimal cutscenes, barely any voice acting. I feel the story in Metroid should be conveyed by the environment and exploration (such as going through the Phazon mines in Prime 1 and seeing it change as you go deeper, or the part in Prime 2 where you use the morph ball under the floor and see the Space Pirates above you enter the portal). The more chatty it is, the less interesting it is and the more it slows things down.
