The difference is Glim is a spacy mind slave born of the system. She has repeatedly proven herself to be limited and controlled by that same system she speaks on behalf of, making her somewhat unreliable whereas the Emperor's behavior towards Blair has been nothing but benevolent and competent. We know he is a megalomaniac from glimpsing behind the scenes, but the face he has shown Blair has been nothing but honorable and straightforward.

2022-09-19 13:23:09 +0000 UTCMmmh. Given how sceptical Blair is of Glim, she looked a bit too naive when talking to the emperor. Completely uncritical in her thoughts, especially considering her last issues with slavery.
