Your Opinion - Commission Sheet
Added 2025-02-27 13:33:17 +0000 UTCMaking notes of what I think is needed for details on the commission sheet and wondering if I am missing anything or it doesn't make any sense.
• How to base price an image, 3 female character & 2 males costs (This). with a breakdown on how do cost others.
• Things that are not able to be done.
• Not doing a full character list but more "Generally Available" and list franchises.
• New character creations (not OC but existing)
• Expected timescale.
• Available slots for what month. I will most likely doing this on a 2 month turnaround so people know what to expect.
• How to pay - as usual payments taken through paypal.
Do you feel there should be anything else there I have missed? this is obviously the scribbles before actually making a pretty layout.
Thank you for your help!

Ah the issue with that sadly is Venmo is for US only and I'm a dirty Englishman. So I would not even be able to set up an account even if I wanted one.

2025-02-27 14:31:43 +0000 UTCWith that I feel that it might restrict someone. If they want it and I don't have it prepared I can make it. Rather than seeing what I have and presuming they won't be more.

2025-02-27 14:31:30 +0000 UTCImage size/resolution (which if they're fans they should know, but you might want to be specific). And what about the backgrounds/settings - is there a short list of that? "I want a picture of Belle eating out Rapunzel in the White House Oval Office" - could you do that, or would you have to buy/find setting assets? Are you going to have animation (gif) commissions? Is there a price difference for just pinups vs scenes? Ownership/viewing - like, can someone have a private commission, or do you share them all with the greater viewing public? What do they get? Just the final pic in GIF/JPG/PNG? Or any of the other pieces of the WIP? Just some questions I've had people ask me for the few commissions I've done. Otherwise, I think you've hit the high points. You might also want to highlight the process - like do they get to review the work-in-progress, and what kind (if any) changes to poses/clothing/scene are they allowed (if at all) to make? Like a step-by-step simple breakdown like "You pitch your idea. I accept it. You pay (full amount, deposit??), I deliver a WIP in X days, you can request Y kind of changes, you pay (if there was only a deposit) the rest, I deliver final via Z by some time...". Or whatever the process is...
