Update - $1 images - Internet - Motion Capture

I have a date when I'm back online which is the 17th, and if I'm not I'm going to cry as this is modern day torture lol. $1 guys are getting a fresh post just for them with images so sorry to the $5+ people as you will see doubles posts (but only for a short while). The Rokoko Mocap suit is coming today! Which is awesome but through more reading I might need a more powerful router which is about $180 (the one they recommend anyway). But got the latest BT one so might be good enough as I don't want another bill ideally. Starting to set up my old old pc as a basic render node so though rendering will take longer but frees up my main pc in the day which is pretty important. SO good news and meh news but will get there in the end. Also been having Mrs X round to have a practice for the initial test animation, will be doing a small loop just to warm up and see if there is any problems and I know you guys are going to pop your top over it. Motion capture is full on! Now question time. Is it capturing you like live capture? Or videos?

2018-05-08 02:56:11 +0000 UTCThe motion capture suit is a basis for animating and wont replace manual animating just make it a lot quicker. In terms of two people there are ways to get around that as having a audio dope sheet (animation term of timings). In essence you have a script for body movement.

2018-05-07 17:14:58 +0000 UTCIt's great that it saves a lot of time/work, and I see how you would implement the motion capture suit to get the base movement down in animations like the current one. But in others where, let's say two or more characters are interacting, with perhaps an emphasis on details, are you reverting back to manually animating everything for those? Maybe there are ways to do it despite having one suit, I dont know ^_^
2018-05-07 16:37:49 +0000 UTCYes there is a plan for animation commissions. There is a backlog but im hoping with the new tech coming it should be a piece of cake in terms of getting the base down. Image animations are going to be changing soon and will have designated slots in which people can buy that slot, there will be a limited number in a month so pays to come first. I would like this publicly visible too.
