$1 Release - Commission - Akali Riding the Subway

A chap threw some money at me and said "Akali, you figure out the rest" so I did.
Did realise now its similar to the last commission but the last commission was made over a month ago now, whoops but there are some subtle changes at least lol.
Will be streaming tonight and will decide if its an animation section or an image, need to figure out some things before I decide that.
