Being indian with both parents who were born there and growing up with the indian movies culture it was hilarious to see you guys react to this (i just started and the intro alone is gold lmaooo). also we got an oscar for the main song of the movie so LET'S GOOO.

It might be controversial but I never agreed with the take that Indian dishes has the spiciest flavor profile. Ethiopian and Senegalese dishes are at the top when it comes to spicy cuisine. I couldn't handle spicy foods either a couple of years back. Everytime I ate Mexican or Indian it would irritate my stomach ulcer and leave me with diarrhea. Here's the takeaway. I remedied the bathroom situation by ingesting a small portion of peppermint oil for inflammation and eating 1/3 cup of cottage cheese with a little casein protein powder sprinkled in after my meal. The casein might sounds strange but trust me it works. You'll no longer have the runs after spicy foods. Don't live life eating bland foods. Spice is life.
