Lag or..?

I noticed that 150$ Tier has been sold, but sadly I can't see Patron-buyer in my Patron Manager..!
I'm confused and think that it's just some kind of lag. Please lemme know if you that Patron who bought slot for 150$ tier, 'cause I'm going to re-create it on a next week ( I am more likely to think that this is a lag, yeah).
