IIRC, the SBS was started around the Baratie arc, maybe a bit before. As a side, since ya'll have been mentioning that you're interested in reading chapters of what you've already watched, you guys are currently up to chapter 1042. This Saturday's episode is covering chapter 1043.

Oda relates with goofy stuff so a big chunk of chosen questions is recurring gags, jokes, trolling, etc. and that includes some "dirty" humor, and we're used to it. But there's always some serious questions about lore, the characters, how he draws, or personal stuff, and we love to see that.

Alvida and the mirror: this was before she ate her devil fruit. She claimed she was the most beautiful woman in the world, but she was fat and ugly. Does she have a mirror on the ship, does she know what she looks like? Pandaman: This dude has way more depth than you two can even comprehend. And it's all going to be from the SBS. I'm excited for later. Nami's sizes: Keep in mind that they don't use inches in Japan (Nami doesn't actually wear a 57-inch waist, believe it or not). Her numbers are in centimeters. Despite reading and watching manga/anime for decades now, I still have no idea what the numbers in cm correspond to when put on a woman. They're just random numbers to me. Lastly, she was a lot smaller at the start than she is now. I'm pretty sure there's an SBS question for that later on. Rurouni Kenshin: It really was an all-star cast for the hired help. Early on, there's a villain that ends up shooting cannons at the group. One of the cannonballs fired in the manga has the Straw Hat logo on it, long before Oda started One Piece. That's the big trivia thing I know about that.
