2023-08-02 05:46:03 +0000 UTCI experienced the same thing for years. I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea two days ago when the pulmonologist went over the results of my sleep study. Apparently I have a narrow airway. I also have narcolepsy. Everytime late at night when I close my eyes to go to sleep I would always see this black figure walking towards my bed or in the shadows staring back at me. Whenever I would force myself to sleep through it I would end up getting attacked and stab in my head or experience something close to getting strangled and drowned at the same time. I still experience these dreams a couple of times out of the month. Everytime I get killed in the dream I wake up with a debilitating migraine and fast heartbeat. If anyone has any remedies for night terrors let me know. I'm even saving up for hypnosis therapy. Nice to hear you could rid yourself of your nightmares Lycan but I'm not fighting this THING.
