Luffy just being Rubber was because thats the Main property of the Devil fruit. He didnt know anything else because he was told its a Rubber fruit. Your half right, He didnt do anything other than Rubber because he was told It was a rubber fruit. Also another thing i noticed while writing this is every time luffy told someone his fruits name they were always confused. Rubber doesnt seem to be popular in the one piece world Nobody ever understands its properties or how it works.

2023-08-15 09:08:08 +0000 UTCThere's no official subs for the color version, and I know early on the sub quality was bad at times. Like "I have no idea what they're talking about" bad. I don't know how it is these days, though. I'd rather they just stick with the official release if they can.
