It doesn't even belong on the list when you're talking about what island had it worst. Nami's hometown had 8 years of oppression by Arlong, Dressrosa had 10 years of "this isn't bad" for the normal civilian, Wano was 20 years of starvation and slavery for most of the people, and Fishman Island was...rough. Depends on how far back you want to go. 200 years of "humans are supposed to recognize us as a race and not just fish, but they don't" is about the best Fishman Island has going for it.
