my personal rule for anime is I have to watch 1/4th the anime before I drop it. cuz I've had anime where the first few episodes weren't resonating with me but once I toughed it out it becomes amazing. so, for one piece id have to watch like 300 episodes before I can make the decision to drop it or not.

There's no hot girls, there's some action but it's few and far between, but there is character development and emotional scenes. I just don't think it'll hit where they want it to hit often enough. I love the series, but I wouldn't be too heartbroken if this gets dropped after a few more episodes. I guess that's what I'm thinking.
