The error says that there is no access to this file. Try to find this file(2b_end1.ogv) in the Movie folder. If there is one, try playing it as a normal video. These files have a special Ogv format and the system may not always run them. You may need to install additional codecs(K-Lite, for sample) in order for this format to be supported by the system.
