This pair of weapons was created by Schere, The Patchwork Witch, and once belonged to her when she’s still actively hunting for a subject to play with. This weapon is imbued by her very own original magic which grants it the ability to mutilate living beings without harming nor killing them. This pair of swords that can be combined into large scissors are considered cursed because those with weak mental constitution who hear the sound of its bells would be sent into a trance and let out a burst of maddening laughter. It seems that the hex was used by Schere to incapacitate potential target and only her and those with a strong will who can resist its effect.
