Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a creature missing an arm)
This grotesque prosthetic arm was crafted from the remains of Kaer’dalos, the Black Wave—a gargantuan leviathan that terrorized the Farima Ocean, preying on ships and harbors along the peninsula. When a joint naval force from several kingdoms united to bring down the beast, Kaer’dalos was slain, its colossal carcass sinking into the ocean's depths along with countless ships it had destroyed.
Despite its presumed loss, remnants of the leviathan's body began to surface in black market auctions across the Tierra Kingdom and Ariasfel. Among the buyers was Captain Osiva of the infamous Sunken Pride Pirates. At one such auction, he purchased a severed tentacle of Kaer’dalos, along with several other salvaged relics. Seeking to replace his missing arm, Osiva commissioned a master craftsman to fashion the tentacle into a functional prosthetic. From the raw, pulsing flesh of the leviathan, the prosthetic took form. Three flexible tentacles emerged, merging into a grotesque yet fully functional hand. More than a mere replacement, the arm retained the monstrous strength of Kaer’dalos.

This sinister prosthetic arm, crafted from the flesh of a leviathan, integrates seamlessly with your body upon attunement. Twisting tentacles form a functional limb, granting the following benefits:
Extended Reach. Your reach with this arm increases by 5 feet.
Predatory Grip. You have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to grapple, and as a bonus action, you can inflict 1d8 bludgeoning damage to any creature in your grapple.
Cephalopod’s Climb. You can climb horizontal or vertical surfaces without a check while this arm is in contact with the surface. You cannot be moved against your will while clinging to a surface.
Leviathan's Wrath. As a bonus action, you can release the binding and unravel the arm into three massive tentacles. When the tentacles are unleashed, you can use your action to command the tentacles to make three melee weapon attacks against creatures within 15 feet. These attacks use your Strength modifier for attack and damage rolls, which are natural weapons that can be used to make unarmed strikes and deal 2d6 bludgeoning damage on a hit. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with the tentacle, you can attempt to grapple it by contesting your Athletics (Strength) check against its Athletics (Strength) or Acrobatics (Dexterity) check. If you succeed, the target becomes grappled. The tentacles can grapple up to three Large or smaller creatures.
The tentacles revert to their normal form after 1 minute. Once you use this ability, it cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.

Another prosthetic, this time using a Naval theme. originally, I was going to make one with a canon, but then I saw a Nautilus video and it just change my line of thinking XD
I plan to make one more with the same theme, but it'll be a leg this time.
