When I was awarded a scholarship to attend a boarding school in Massachusetts I thought I won the lottery. Attending an collegiate high school on a scholarship is the worst feeling ever. I was constantly asked about how it was to live in "that" environment. The cliques were insane and I could just tell some of the instructors thought of me as a diversity pick. Through K-12 to the present day I haven't made a single friend. There was one kid I invited over to play the game with but he stole my Budakai Tenkaichi 3. I'm actually going to follow you guys advice and get more involved. It's cool talking to a handful of people online through twitch and Twitter but a major goal I've kept for the past 10 years is to cultivate a relationship or friendship with someone in a non online environment.
