Yea the full circle writing is crazy you can go back to season 1 eps and see kinda see how all the times Ichigo eye glowed blue it could be his Quincy powers trying to suppress him even in the kenpachi fight it could have been Blut vein that stopped his bleeding with the help of the mask great writing makes you want to rewatch

His true power is unlocked and he’ll never have to ask them for help again. Henceforth, he’s fighting without them.

It was all there from the beginning :) In the manga, the name is literally blacked out in black ink. You will learn in either season 2 or 3 why.
