It's kinda funny ppl got confused with the 'Ice Stone' and 'Soul Ejector'(orb with black ashes used for soul-shift). Ice Stone is like the Ultimate relic that can create other relics and 'Soul Ejector.' The queen always had it with her for years and kept creating soul ejectors for her organization. No spoiler. It was all explained before.
