That ending was crap, to be honest, and I spent like one minute on a rant after i finished watching it cause HOW COULD THEY JUST JUMP 2 YEARS AHEAD LIKE THAT WHAT THE HECK TVN
-sigh- I am so mad. At least they gave us some happy time with the lovebirds before dropping the bomb at the end, right?

It’s really beloved in Korea but I personally think it’s internationally underrated. 12 episodes, Amazing cast, incredible writing and directing and it’s a very warm story that will make you want to treasure your friends and family. It definitely helped my mental health immensely at the start of the pandemic. It’s also one of the highest-rated broadcast tv kdramas of all time and season 2 is currently filming; expected to air on tvN and Netflix around April.

2021-01-29 20:41:38 +0000 UTCThe thing is, we don't know if Suho actually left for 2 years right? And if i'm not wrong in the webtoon when Suho left, they weren't even dating and still aren't... Tvn loves to fool and confuse us with their previews, especially for the past few episodes so we know nothing for sure. I don't believe Suho would be away for such a long time, they're both too much in love with each other. I watched the preview many many times and already have a few theories about what's gonna happen... Tvn just put the time jump clip at the end and the preview to fool us , i can just feel it. Or maybe it's just me in denial :-)

But then if that's the case, when he comes back they will break Seojun's heart all over again. And that scared the shit outta me, srsly. :(

Ju Kyung got more confidence, they resolve Soo Jin traitor story (I wish some way they can remain friend), the teacher-sister story also wrap up and Ju Kyung for a while are happy with Soo Ho (even say I love you to each other). Two years time jump and it seems Ju Kyung are now dating Seo Jin (its his time to shine and honestly.... how many high school romance we know end up together?). I'm very sure Soo Ho and Ju Kyung are end game, but now let's Seo Jin has his moment under the sun.

Plus, Jukyeong still doesn't know that she met Suho when they were children, it got fate written all over it. Let's be hopeful for a beautiful ending !
