In Flower, if Danoh had died during the operation in stage, it would have been the same, she would have left for good. But now, she died on shadow, so she lost her memories but she's back. It's the writer who controls her back but she's still in the story. For the scar, it's not the writer who gave it to Haru, because when he came back without his memories, he didn't have it anymore. The scar is connected to Haru when he's aware, it's his way to remember I guess. Haru wants Danoh to live (it's why he helped with the stones pyramide), he failed in Trumpet but kinda succeeded in Flower.
