You said you were wondering why Min-Ha was pressing on the stomach of woman with the uterus rupture. She was most likely massaging her uterus, since they were still waiting with opening her up before Seok-hyung arrived. The uterus is actually a large muscle and sometimes after giving birth it doesn't contract out itself and causes women to lose more blood. Massaging the uterus is one way to stimulate it to contract and to stop the bleeding. So I believe she was putting pressure on her stomach to limit the blood loss before the surgery. But ultimately they had to operate on her since she had that rupture, so pressure would never be enough.
