Twitch and Copyright Problem

Hey guys. How are you?

Well, I do not come here bearing good news. I don't know if you've heard, but last week a really huge streamer called Pokimane got banned from Twitch because she watched Avatar (?) the Airbender I guess, and because her following base and work is so big on Twitch, it cause a uproar around internet.

Thing is, after having this issue, Twitch has apparently changed a few things considering DCMA content (copyright of materials). They sent me an e-mail saying that they were analyzing some content on their platform and would take the correct actions against those who watch copyrighted content.

I got a copyright complain last week for Sky Castle's latest episodes and currently I am 1 claim away from being banned.

With that information in mind, I will lay down for a bit regarding livestreams, at least until I get another e-mail from Twitch regarding everything. These claims last for a few weeks, so until then, I will not make livestreams. Probably next week or the week later we will be able to continue our kdrama marathon.

Sorry if that makes you dissappointed :( but let's pray that this doesn't bring us any more problems in the near future... let's all chant "COPYRIGHT CLAIMS PLEASE GO AWAY" :'D
