Not sure but to me the “that’s okay” part is a ref to one of her most popular kdrama “ It's Okay, That's Love“ highly recommended.

It's hard to put your finger on what this drama is supposed to be, at first; a thriller, a comedy, a romance? But as I continued watching, not knowing what to expect made the plot surprising and more entertaining... I hope that's also the case for you too. :)
