Holodexxx Gallery V1.0 Launched!
Added 2019-06-08 02:01:33 +0000 UTCHolodexxx Gallery is a demo that will allow you to view some of our static models, and enjoy some complimentary Hologram videos courtesy of Naughty America. You can experience Holodexxx Gallery in 2D or have your mind blown in VR. I'd choose to have my mind blown, but that's just me.
A few notes about Holodexxx Gallery.
- We’re trying to figure out how much we can push our models and still hit a decent frame rate. This build is stable, but it is not as efficient as we would like. Next week, we will be performing an optimization pass on this build to improve frame rate and package size.
- You might find some hitching if you are running Holodexxx Gallery below an Nvidia GTX 1070 (or Radeon equivalent) & an Intel i7 (or AMD equivalent. Side note: The new Ryzen chips look incredible and I want one.)
- We will be improving on this minspec next week
- Holodexxx static models:
- With further optimization, these models will get a slight visual update next week
- To experience Holodexxx models in the best lighting scenario, spawn them in the center volume
- Naughty America hologram videos:
- These videos are streamed into the application upon selection from the UI. You will experience a slight delay when streaming them for the first time.
- You can mute Hologram videos from the options menu
- Hologram video audio will play through your system audio
- A friendly reminder to lock your door
Update:
We have had a few Patrons experience an issue during installation. Those Patrons worked around the issue by momentarily turning off their anti-virus apps -- this isn't ideal. We will be attacking this issue ASAP and will be issuing a fix in a new build shortly. Thanks to those who helped us troubleshoot this issue!
