The gods want Sal dead. The feeling is mutual.
Immediately after being summoned to a new world, a demigod of War appears to exterminate Sal---and anyone close enough to bear witness. Sal survives by the skin of her teeth and swears to avenge the innocents who were slain on her account.
She's not destined to be a warrior, however. The magic system has given her the role of Chef, which means she needs to perform cooking duties every day or be driven mad if she refuses.
Undeterred, Sal decides to make her brewing skills work to her advantage by creating potions and poisons. If she can't use strength and magic to kill a god, maybe she can assassinate one.
The NPSeeds Saga continues with Sal, a girl on a quest of vengeance, as she descends into a dark underworld filled with poison, potions, and assassins.
