Drive + Download Problems *again*

i know guys, you can't download files right now but I am TRYING to fix it to no avail.
i turn on the download option on but then after a few hours it's back to no download option.
UNFORTUNATELY, until I find a fix for this error and get a reply from Drive support, you will need to watch the videos online (on drive).
IF YOU ARE GETTING THE ''FILE HAS BEEN PLAYED TOO MANY TIMES'' ERROR, TELL ME AND I WILL RE-UPLOAD IT.
hopefully i can get around this soon.
the only download avaiable is the Royal folder because that's on a different drive account. which means, the problem might be linked to my emails or something. i honestly don't know.

hii, Idk if this will help but, we could see that on the info of each folder of the drama we could download it, but at the same time in the individual info of each episode it says that we cannot download.
