I saw those complaints today too, and it really doesnโt bother me. I can see why it annoys people, but itโs also technically a kids show, and I understand the books are the same way. Iโm going to talk about it a bit more in the next reaction, but I donโt believe itโs worth getting as upset about as people seem to be. I think the main problem is that this really is a show โfor kids,โ but a lot of people who grew up on the books are adults now, and are going into this with the expectation it be more like adult programming, when thatโs just an unfair expectation. If I recall, the early Harry Potter movies were monologue heavy as well.
