royal frog benefit tweaks!

*the changes would be:*
i'd ping royal frogs to pick a free adopt from a sheet going up. it would be a first shows up gets it sort of deal. one per month, but you'd get first pick and it would be free?
and the other im trying to decide if i should do a 10% discount for one adopt per month, or a flat like $5 since its $5 over the frog tier.
i'd love opinions on this!
