Here we find Ayaka, punishing both Sumire and Nishiki for not only providing alcohol to a minor, but for then proceeding to drink it! How dare they! So now, they find themselves tapped to her toe straps on her sandals, during the hottest day of the season.... Well they need to be punished don't they.
Although, whilst Ayaka cannot hear their pleads, it would seem this is just a big misunderstanding... O Well.
