Unless the entry says they are a specific person, then no they're a species of monster and could have any name. Even the few you listed, like Alice, Mad Hatter, Angel, and Kobold are just the type of monster they are, not their name. So you could have an Alice named Timmy or whatever you like. Even their images are just general references for how they look or dress - they can vary between individuals.

Do any of the monsters have canon names that was featured in your encyclopedia like Alice, Mad Hatter, Angel or Kolbold. If not that’s okay I’m just really curious.
